Fads

For more than half a century I have been watching fads fail again and again. 100% of the fads I have seen during that time have failed, many catastrophically with people dying but the fads just keep on being generated. This is one reason why I wish they would start enforcing the laws against fraud because all fads are fraudulent or lies. I have never seen a diet or exercise fad that has worked and I have probably seen close to 100 that have killed people.

Cons learned a long time ago that, if you come up with a new or different way of doing things and make it sound good, you can make a lot of money selling the idea to stupid people because many people are poorly educated. A great sounding stupid idea opens up opportunities to make a lot of money, often millions of dollars, in book sales, classes, clinics, speaking fees, consultation fees, and merchandising. The cons often make a fortune and get away with their con encouraging other cons to dream up other great sounding stupid ideas to make a fortune.

And God said, "The love of money is the root of all evil."

Starting in the 1980s I began seeing even exercise physiologists with Ph.D.s conning people with exercise and diet fads. Yep, just getting a college degree doesn't make you an honest person.

I have often thought and said that, if a good, greedy, slimy litigation attorney knew half of what I know, they could make a killing in court because most of what you see in the media, including specialty magazines, is bull crap that can be litigated against and should be prosecuted.

For example, when I was still coaching bicycle racing, the only two reasons I kept purchasing bicycling magazines was for the racing calendar and to see who won what. I didn't even pay attention to how the journalist said they won the race because it was also always crap. Everything else in the magazines was bull crap and a waste of time to read.

For example, when I was one of the top two coaches in Southern California (Eddy B was the other one), a journalist called me up to ask my opinion on a topic and I thought it would be a great opportunity to tell the truth about that fad buuuuuut the journalist put his words in my mouth and just repeated what the bicycling magazines had been saying to create and perpetuate the fad. Basically, he lied because the stupid fad (that was wrong) sold magazines and they were not going to let me stop that sales opportunity because then they would have to come up with another great sounding stupid fad to sell their magazines.

Remember one thing about almost all of the media, especially the lefty media. They are all in the business of making money by selling advertising via sensationalizing stories and not in the business of telling the truth and educating, especially the lefty and specialty media. The truth doesn't sell as well and there is only so much truth. If they told you the truth, most people wouldn't need that medium anymore and the medium would go broke so they lie and lie and lie and... The fads change regularly, they don't work so most of you will keep coming back for the next fad in hopes that it will work, and it is called job security.

That crap isn't going to stop until they start enforcing the laws against fraud and then most of today's media will go broke because most journalists really don't know the truth and are some of the most ignorant people I have seen with a college degree. All that is required to be a journalist is to look purdy and be able to read, write, speak, and read a teleprompter, none of which require much intelligence. Some of them are among the best paid stupid people on the planet and are living proof that it doesn't require intelligence to get rich, just a lack of morals, values, and ethics.

There is one fad I am currently following concerning gardening. It is the popular fad of growing plants in hay or straw bales.

You see farmers and ranchers have a big problem with getting their hay bales wet because the water in the hay bale causes decomposition, which causes heat, which is contained in a compressed area, you know, inside the bale, and will build up until the bale spontaneously combusts or bursts into flames. Any farmer or rancher can tell you about this.

So we now have a bunch of city people participating in the fad of using hay or straw bales to grow things, which means they have to water the bale. I keep waiting to hear about those bales catching fire and burning things down and I think that the only reasons they have not yet made the news is 1) maybe it has happened but isn't being reported, 2) because the people are keeping the bales separate from each other permitting the heat to dissipate better, and 3) maybe it has not gotten warm enough where they are doing this to cause combustion. My first guess is the most probable.

This morning, I was in my yard looking my plants over when a man who works across the street was bragging again about how big his wife's tomato plants were with her growing them in straw bales. I told him about my concern and he admitted that her bales were "always smoking".

Oops! That means her bales on the verge of spontaneous combustion.

Why was I not surprised to hear that?

Yep, you know that fad won't end well. Well, at least her tomatoes will be cooked...along with anything else near the bales, you know, like her home.

People, stay away from the great sounding stupid fads and use science and common sense to figure out what is true and what is a con. I regularly destroy fads on this site and teach you how to see through the smoke and mirrors.

I have said it before and will say it again that freedom of speech and freedom of the press do not give you the right commit crimes like fraud and people should be prosecuted for fraud.

Britain

The upper class trash stupidity amazes me. I got this from Breitbart by Jack Montgomery:

Personally, I think it is hilarious to see the upper class trash get what they deserve after screwing the people so much and they are always surprised when it happens...again.

The people are also beginning to fight back against the tyrants called the "masters of the universe" and you can bet those jerks will also be surprised when the people succeed. The idiots always are because they think they as so smart and the rest of you are so stupid they can do whatever they want to you forever without repercussions. They really are that stupid.

When the people finally get mad enough to storm the palace, all bets are off and there are no laws except get the evil upper class trash.

AOC's lie about the Earth ending in 12 years is failing so she is claiming it was just a joke. She is using one lie to get her butt out of the fix the first lie got it into and you know that will also backfire, you know, while insulting everyone's intelligence with the second lie, especially lefty intelligence because the stupid lefties bought into that lie big time. Just remember all of the lefty idiots who went on her crusade about the Earth ending in 12 years. She just made fools out of all of them.

This puts the rest of her Commie-rat pals in a bind and makes them look really stupid.

From now on, no one will take her seriously about any comment she makes and you can bet this just finished off her career.

With the increasing anti-Semitism, especially among our top leaders on the left, you Hebrews just might want to get back to Israel before the left stages its violent coup and regains power or you could find yourselves in one of those famous Marxist "work" or "reeducation" camps where people, especially Hebrews, tend to die.

The writing is on the wall, read it and get your butts out of here while you still can because the commies won't send you home when they get back in power.

BTW, the lefty Hebrews played a big part in creating this commie mess and they are being stabbed in the back by the lefty upper class trash pretty openly now. Russia Collusion Backfire

"Attorney General William Barr has appointed a U.S. attorney to examine the origins of the Russia investigation and determine if intelligence collection involving the Trump campaign was "lawful and appropriate," a person familiar with the matter told The Associated Press on Monday.

Barr appointed John Durham, the U.S. attorney in Connecticut, to conduct the inquiry, the person said. The person could not discuss the matter publicly and spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity."

This will be interesting.

I wonder what other investigations he will start, you know, like about "Fast and Furious", Hillary e-mails, Benghazi, the recent attempted coup of the US government by the left, and other crimes committed by the lefties.

You can bet the left is running scared right now and it is long overdue. Me thinks the lefties probably are not sleeping too well at night.

CO₂

I just got this from Newsmax By Theodore Bunker:

That helps explain part of why I am seeing so much more plant growth, which will increase animal reproduction. Plants just love ye ole CO₂.

Man, is this planet going to get green or what? Hey, maybe I will get a better crop of tomatoes, watermelons, and cantaloupe this year?

Wow, that is really great, especially with it being so much cooler here than I can remember. Normally, during May, it is 90 to 100 degrees F but it has been between 65 and 80 degrees F with only one or two days about a week ago even hitting 90 degrees.

I guess ye ole CO₂ ain't warming up ye ole planet the way the lying lefties are telling us, especially with all of these late winter storms up north?

No wonder so much is growing so much better in my yard now.

To all of you people out there, thank you for increasing the CO₂ by driving, flying, boating, and other CO₂ producing activities. I may eat better because of it.

Me thinks we are about to have us a little Naval/Marine/SEAL warfare fighting Iranian pirates to protect commercial shipping and ports with some retaliations against Iran for attacking said shipping and ports, you know, with things like cruise missiles, F-18s and B-52s.

I think Iran is picking a fight with the wrong president. This guy isn't Obama or Jimmuh Cartuh.

Human Extinction

There is a "voluntary" human extinction movement that is spreading lies, misinformation, and propaganda to encourage people to not have children in order to bring about intentional human extinction.

I kid you not, there really are people and college professors this stupid.

People, this is purely satanic because Satan wants to bring about human extinction so that God cannot fulfill any of the rest of His prophecies, will be judged to be a liar, and will not be righteous enough to judge Satan and condemn Satan to eternal damnation.

But Satan's efforts here are in vain because Jesus said that God can raise up Hebrews from the rocks so it is impossible for Satan to beat God by causing human extinction.

Of course, this is another great sounding stupid lefty idea to "save the planet from us evil humans."

Censorship

The major Internet companies and other nations are, in part, censoring online people to "silence the crazies and prevent mass killings".

Here is an easy prediction: just like gun control, it won't work, those businesses and nations will just find something else to take away from you, which won't work, and they will just find something else to take away from you until the only people with any freedoms and rights will be those who don't obey the law anyway.
