I Told You So 195

Note: On the first of March I decided to try something new with my "I Told You So" essays because I had noticed I was writing more articles about things I had predicted happening but couldn't tell just how much of what I have been predicting is now occurring because those articles were spread out in other essays. Therefore, I decided to post articles as "I Told You So" essays when 1) it was one or more significant predictions happening or 2) if it was at least four predictions happening to help me be more aware of how much I have predicted is happening.

I have been surprised at just how many of those articles I have been writing, which is telling me that most of what I have been predicting for years is now happening and I have made a lot of such predictions since 1999. Therefore, I will probably continue doing this for at least a while to help me be more aware of just how many of my predictions are currently happening or have happened.

Fitness

Remember that I have been telling you about the benefits of fitness and that exercise is more important than diet?

I got this from Newsmax By Clyde Hughes:

"A link between dementia onset and cardiovascular fitness was found in a study that followed 191 women for 44 years, said a study published Wednesday in the medical journal Neurology.

Researchers found that middle-aged women with a high-degree of cardiovascular fitness were 90 percent less likely to develop dementia later in life than those with moderate levels."

This is a moderate sample of only 191 people but was for a long time period and it is no surprise to me because we have known in exercise physiology for more than half a century that sustained exercise of 20 minutes or more increases the blood flow to the brain by 30%, which would increase the supply of oxygen and nutrients by 30%, which would make the brain healthier and help prevent things like dementia and Alzheimers, which, by the strangest of coincidences, have been increasing as our nation gets less and less fit. Oops.

We knew half a century ago that there is a definitely relation between mental health and physical health because of the increase in blood flow to the brain.

This is very important for everyone but especially for Christians because I have been trying to get preachers to understand that them teaching that we shouldn't worry about fitness "because the body is temporary and we should be more concerned about saving souls", you know, like everyone spends all of their free time witnessing so they don't want to waste any witnessing time for fitness and health development and maintenance and like you can't be witnessing to the people you will be exercising with, therefore, exercising is wasting valuable time.

Yeah, think about that.

You preachers and Christians need to understand that, if people don't maintain their health and fitness, starting at about 30 years of age, their health and ability to witness and work for God will begin to drop off until things like dementia take them completely out of the picture, at which time they won't do ANY more witnessing or spreading the gospel AND will usually tie up another Christian's witnessing time caring for them.

By spending 5 to 10 hours per week with a properly structured exercise program, it will significantly increase their fitness and health longer in life making it possible for them to do more work for God for a longer period of time, which means their Christian works will actually increase significantly over the long term for their life much more than taking a few hours each week, for which they probably won't be witnessing anyway, could possibly shorten their time witnessing.

Everyone knows that most people easily waste more than 10 hours per week that could be used for exercise and health maintenance.

If you want your Christians more active longer in life doing more work for God, get them in shape and keep them there. Besides, that means that your Christians will also be able to witness to others who exercise and play sports and your Christians might never see.

A good Christian exercise/sports program can reach a lot of people your church would otherwise not reach because many of those people don't go to church. Believe it or not, athletes actually talk to each other and they really are impressed by Christians who walk the walk and don't just talk the talk. If your Christians behave like Christians while competing against others, that can be a powerful Christian witness AND, hey, the extra fitness will keep those Christians more active for much longer so they can do more work for God within their lives.

You think I am wrong?

Here is some research replicating what we already knew about in exercise physiology more than 50 years ago from Bicycling Magazine By Allison Goldstein:

"New research finds that older adults who bike can reverse muscle decline and keep their immune systems strong"

And

"It might not grant eternal youth, but cycling, scientists have found, can slow the aging process and keep your muscles and immune system healthy well into your golden years.

Aging, it turns out, can do a number on your muscles. Humans typically lose muscle mass as they get older. Fat and connective tissue also start invading, affecting the muscles' ability to contract. Furthermore, muscles can no longer suck up oxygen at the same rates.

However, a new study questioned if these age-related muscle declines are inevitable, or if regular exercise-cycling, in this case-can slow down or even reverse them.

To figure this out, researchers at King's College in London biopsied the vastus lateralis muscle-the largest and most powerful part of the quad-in 125 male and female cyclists. Participants were all between 55 and 79 years old and deemed highly active (meaning the men could bike at least 62 miles at 15 mph, and the women 37 miles at 7 mph, twice within three weeks)."

(Which isn't that great of shape and these test results would be much better for even more fit people. The average person should be able to do much better than that by working out at least 3 to 5 days per week. The average person should be able to easily ride at least 65 miles at 17+ mph while working out at least 4 more days a week and there are people over 100 years old who can ride a bicycle 100 miles in less than 6 hours on any day.)

"The researchers then analyzed muscle properties related to aerobic function and explosive muscle power. They found that, compared to sedentary populations, the cyclists showed less age-related muscle deterioration. That is, at the tissue level, muscle mass and strength stayed intact.

A second study turned the researchers' attention to the immune system, which can also decline as you age. Specifically, your thymus-the part of your body that produces white blood cells-begins to shrink. It then produces fewer cells, meaning your body gradually loses the ability to protect itself against disease.

This trend, however, has been observed primarily in inactive populations, so the researchers wanted to see whether regular cycling could help prevent it. They compared blood samples from the same group of cyclists with blood from 75 older sedentary adults (aged 57-80) and 55 younger sedentary adults (aged 20-36).

They found that while cycling didn't protect against every single measure of immune-system decline, the cyclists had white blood cell levels comparable to those of the younger control group-meaning that their immune systems were acting 'younger.'

These studies are only two of many that demonstrate how physical activity like cycling can slow the aging process. One 2017 study found that high-intensity interval cycling increased mitochondrial capacity-a big deal when it comes to aging, as the decline of these organelles leads to the onset of age-related disease.

Another study from last year found that regular vigorous exercise protected telomere length. Shortened telomeres are what cause cell death-i.e., aging-and those who exercised saved themselves up to nine years of cellular deterioration."

And this is just the beginning of what exercise can do for your long term health.

Pot

Remember that I have been telling you that I have seen at least half a dozen different studies showing the health problems caused by Pot?

I have decided that I will not just read and learn from those studies but will from now on share them with you. So hang on because pot is some nasty crap and everything you are being told by the lefties is just more bull crap.

"A major new study claims that smoking marijuana dramatically increases a person's risk of suffering a heart attack and other cardiovascular events. The study authors, along with top cardiologists across the country, are calling for more research into the use of medicinal and recreational cannabis in light of the startling new evidence.

Researchers found that over a 5-year period, regular users as young as in their early 30s were 4.6 times more likely to have a cardiac-related illness than those who did not smoke the drug.

Scientists from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio presented their findings at the recent American College of Cardiology (ACC) conference held in Washington, D.C."

Gee, who would have thought that crap increases your chances for things like strokes and heart attack...along with many other things?

Listen, I have seen lefty posts saying that pot "destroys cancer cells" when research says that it increases your chances of getting cancer 40% more than tobacco does and tobacco ain't good for you, baby.

Listen, the lefties lie so much that you don't dare believe anything they tell you.

Illegal Aliens

Remember that I told you that the reason big businesses want illegal aliens in the US is to save money on overhead and increase profits?

Gee, who would have figured?

I have been telling you for years that all the greedy upper class trash care about is stealing more money faster from more people and, for the big businesses, that stealing is in taking money directly out of the pockets of the workers because, for most businesses, the largest overhead is their employees and decreasing their employee overhead is the easiest way to increase their profits.

These criminals are selling out the workers and their nation for short term profits that will eventually come home to haunt them because, when you have your work force making less money, they will have less disposable income, which means your business will eventually sell less product and fewer services. By screwing others in the short term, these greedy nuts are screwing themselves in the long term and too greedy and stupid to know it.

And God said, "The love of money is the root of all evil."

Don't worry, greedy jerks like Zuckerberg will get theirs because God said, "Do not be deceived, your sins will find you out." I am waiting for his fall, it will come sooner or later. Don't be surprised if you pass a large cardboard box sitting in an alley some day to find out Zuckerberg is living in it. He will probably be living in the box next to Jimmy Kimmel's box.

Pelosi

Remember that I said I am expecting Pelosi to get stuffed under the Commiecrat bus soon?

"Yep, House minority leader Nancy Pelosi is finding herself a massive liability to her party, and now swamp-watcher Mike Allen of Axios is reporting that she's actually tottering.

In a top post headlined 'Pelosi in Peril,' Allen writes:

'Top Democrats tell me that if they take back the House in November, a restoration of Speaker Nancy Pelosi is no longer guaranteed. In fact, some well-wired House Democrats predict she will be forced aside after the election and replaced by a younger, less divisive Dem.'"

Yep, that writing on that wall was pretty obvious.

Here cum duh bus, Nancy! All aboard! Hey, you can keep Hillary and Feinstein company.

I keep telling you that there is no loyalty on the left. It is a cannibalistic dog-eat-dog world where everyone is out for themselves because they are all psychopaths. But, hey, don't believe me, lefties, just keep sleeping with your psychopathic lefty lovers until you wake up with a lefty knife in your back.

Radiation

Remember that I have taught you that radiation from your cell phones will change your cell structure, including DNA? Remember that I taught you how and why?

I have been seeing a number of YouTube videos about Astronaut Scott Kelly's DNA being changed by radiation when he went into space.

Why am I not surprised?
