Remember that years ago I told you about the education scam creating a huge shortage in skilled labor and how it would eventually hurt the economy. I just read in the news that quite a few of the companies which are wanting to hire can't because they can't find the skilled labor they need. This is holding businesses and the economy back even worse. If they can't hire the skilled labor they need because of the shortage in skilled labor created by the education scam, then they also can't hire the rest of the labor force which would depend on the production created by that skilled labor. Suddenly, skilled labor becomes very valuable to companies.

But, one mans problems is often another man's opportunity. How do you use this information to help you get a job especially if you are unemployed and have become so frustrated you have quit looking for work? First, they are saying this unemployment problem isn't going to improve for years, possibly at least 3 to 5 years. That buys you time.

So you go to a number of employment agencies and find out which trades are in most need and have the greatest shortages. Then you figure out which of those has the most potential for you and you would probably enjoy working at. Next, you spend the next 6 months to 2 years in a vocational program to learn that trade and get yourself some increased job security by having a job that is in demand when most other jobs are hard to find so you can feed your face and pay your bills.

Learn to find opportunity in a crisis because no matter how bad it gets, some one is always making money. Find out who is making money and how you can make some of that money. For example, during the great depression of the 1930's three of the top nine corporations in the US folded but IBM, a new comer, better than tripled their business during the same time. Note that, when a business goes under, it leaves a lot of customers behind because a business doesn't go under because it didn't have ANY customers but because it didn't have ENOUGH customers for its size. Get some of those customers the bankrupt businesses left behind and make money. It works.

It is time for revival on a global basis. Acknowledge your crimes against God's Laws, repent of those crimes, and seek the amnesty of our Lord Jesus the Christ. John 3:16 - For God so loved the world He gave His only begotten Son so that who so ever believes in Him will have everlasting life.
